Prabhakar's actually gotten a bit more upbeat over the years. While it's true that compared to Toronto, KW is definitely lacking (I read a possibly made-up stat somewhere that said Toronto has more restaurants per capita than any major city in the world). Compared to, say, Belleville, KW is a high culture mecca. And it's been getting better, as he mentions.

I'm not nearly as picky as he is, either. So I'm perfectly happy with a lot of the Chinese, Indian and Korean places in the area.
