groundhog's day!

Hurray! An early spring! Can't come soon enough, as far as I'm concerned.

I made this for b3ta. Just 'cuz:

I didn't do much this weekend. I'm getting a bit distressed that my free-time activities lately are all pretty consumer-related. I'll either be playing games or out wandering around stores occasionally buying stuff.

I really have to get back into creative stuff. I'm trying. I bought (*cough*) a book on Flash, which is starting to help. I haven't done anything yet (the above was done in PSP7 and Animation Shop). I'm thinking of interesting ways to photoshop kittens for b3ta... I haven't done a Fark photoshop in a couple weeks, but they haven't been too inspiring. I wanna upgrade my server... that's holding me up from playing with PHP and web stuff, like synching up this site with my livejournal.

In short, I should stop making excuses and do stuff. It's almost spring, after all.

I haven't been surfing for a while. I'm alive. Just maintaining the network here. Will let you'se know when there's something to look at. In the meantime you'll find me pulling the levers and throwing the occasional monkey wrench in the gears at irc.loves-chii.com :P Lots of website work to do this weekend. I've got way too much procrastinating to do, to bother with getting actual work done. If you or anybody knows a solution for this very complicated situation, let me know - or at least think about letting me know, and mayhaps even getting around to letting me know.

Oh, also saw the posting earlier re: MySQL and such. The discussion board/bulletin board, email, ftpd, blah blah blah are up for loves-chii.com.. have been in production and available to the loves-chii.com ppl for a long time. Got a MySQL backend w/InnoDB tables enabled... running nice & sweet. Database is connected over the network. A couple of FreeBSD boxes are running nice & sweet here... hardware upgrades & firewall work to do over the weekend. Drop me a note or something. Soon.

Matt, the domain name for my site is registered.. i'll have a page someday. Maybe even soon.
