Ah, GarageBand is cool.
tinkering.mp3, my first GarageBand composition.
I did this in about an hour, after I gave up trying to coax my rusty piano skills into producing anything half-decent. This is just pasted together with the available samples. I used to do things like this in OctaMED back on the Amiga. Although the samples I was using then weren't nearly as nice.
The one thing I really like about GarageBand is now my circa 1982 electric piano sounds a whole lot nicer plugged into the laptop with the Grand Piano instrument sample set. And some of the guitars and organs are neat too. It's great for noodling around.
Maybe I'll spend some more time coming up with something that's more my own.
